Having recently played a couple bards with different repertoires, I noticed the same thing: Reveille not working at all.

Back when I played Meyrshal, it worked on the second or third try, and occasionally the first try. Now, I'll be lucky if I don't burn out all of my mana trying to sing reveille. I've used the romantic, comedic and tragic repertoires for this. I have yet to try epic. But it seems like there is a definite change to how effective reveille is these days.
