Anyways surrounding triggers on npc autoassist but does absolutly nothing against PC autoassist. So when fighting groups if the non tank doesn't try and use an opening command the legacy doesn't do anything. If they do try and use an opening command and get weaved on then they won't engage for a round.

I did however add a more specific message as to WHO exactly you are hindering by surrounding the sunrise.
