It's at 100 percent. Not getting full reading. Instead getting

You carefully study Renshata and discern the auras surrounding him.
Renshata is affected by detect invis.
Renshata is affected by pass door.
Renshata is affected by fly.
Renshata is affected by slow.
Renshata is affected by stone skin.

Like other Battle cabal powers, Discern gets stronger/weaker with the shifting of the Veil.
What might trick you is that unlike the other powers, Discern is easier to use as magic is stronger.
