15350, snare and summon

This is pretty minor, but...
When you're snared, then someone summons you away from the room where you were snared, you regain your ability to enter commands. However you still have "snare" in your affects. When it wears off you get a message like, "You free yourself from the snare". Even though you're not really snared anymore.
