15221, Heart Fetish

I am noticing absolutely no difference in my regenerative capabilities when using this fetish. I've been keeping track and I heal within the exact same bracket of hp per turn spent sleeping. Could someone just check to see that it's working?

Also, would it be an unbalancing issue if Mundunugu could actually know all the effects of their fetishes? I don't care if no one else does, but the orc who makes it should know. This is aside from what shows up in the affects list, obviously.

Works great if you're actually holding it.

If it is not such secret what "gruesome/bloody scalp headdress" supposed to do?
I never noticed any difference wearing it.
I suspect it is not working right (ie bug).

Seems to work correctly at the end, but this would seem to indicate that it's not a sure thing.

Let's say you heal for 50-100 per tick, the fetish modifies that by a specific percentage, let's say 25% (I don't actually know what it is off the top of my head so this is purely for the example). That means you'd heal for 62.5-125 per tick. Some ticks you may not actually notice (62.5-100), but others you definitely would (101-125).
