15099, Some trapper stuff

I was looking into some of the trapper bugs posted, and I believe I've fixed them for physical glowing traps only. I basically re-wrote 90% of the physical glowing trap stuff to make it easier to debug & fix things, and also reduce an enormous amount of redundancy in the code. If you see any issues with physical glowing traps after the next crash/reboot please let me know.
If everything looks good, I'll re-write the rest of the trap function.
