Not sure if it's related, but this happened twice now:
Khirsalith, the eight-headed dragon parries your defilement.
Your defilement EVISCERATES Khirsalith, the eight-headed dragon!
Khirsalith, the eight-headed dragon is DEAD!!
You receive 436 experience points.
Khirsalith, the eight-headed dragon hits the ground ... DEAD.
You get 10 gold coins from the corpse of Khirsalith, the eight-headed dragon.
You get 10 silver coins from the corpse of Khirsalith, the eight-headed dragon.
You get a copper coin from the corpse of Khirsalith, the eight-headed dragon.
