14754, Kidney shot success rate

Kidney shot's success rate seems like it might be wrong, for a skill that is mandatory to progress up the thug path and costing 4 points, not 2. After what I'd approximate as about 150 tries with the skill in high 90s-100%, I landed only around 10 of those. I have only 17str so I'm not expecting startling effeciency but maybe at least 1 out of 3 when perfected...

It's working as expected, at lower levels it's not going to be awesome. At the higher levels I think you'll see it work much better.
