14731, Quicksand bug?

In the log I posted because of the corpseguard bug/issue, I also figured out something else that seems to be happening.
When I dispel someone and they should fall into quicksand, they don't. They only fall into it if they leave and walk back in.
At least, that's how it appears. See log of Valdora being dispelled, walking out, and walking back in.
vs Marztia, she never falls into her own quicksand when I dispel her, because she doesn't walk back in.
