When wielding a 1lb dagger I can dual wield any flail, but when wielding a 1lb exotic, I can't dual wield anything. I have balance of the sisters too, so it seems like that one let me wield anything with anything. All the exotics I can wield as a human sized rager are light as hell and I can't find much to dual wield with them. Thanks.

Flails/Whips can not be dual wielded UNLESS you are a flail/whip spec.
Unless you are spec'd in the weapon, you can not wield two of the same types of weapon that are the same weight.
Daggers have to be mainhand wielded (I think) unless you are a dagger spec/AP (Not so sure of this one).
Your problem is you need TWO 1lb exotics. I think you'd be super kosher.
