If you try to separate someone in a room with no exits you get:
You couldn't separate SOMEONE from here.
If you simply fail to separate someone, you get:
You are unable to find a way to maneuver them out of here.
If you try to separate someone in a room with limited exits (one exit east, for example), you get random results. Sometimes it seems to try to go in an unusable direction and bail, sometimes it 'works' and tries the separate.
