14007, Famish 'starving' still affects through Healing Sleep.

This is the only affect I've seen that will affect you, while you are in the healing sleep, besides the area damage from an Area Explore. It didn't wake me.
This is from the Shaman Guildmaster in Arboria.

You are affected by:
Commune: 'bless' modifies save vs spell by -12 for 47 hours.
Commune: 'bless' modifies hit roll by 6 for 47 hours.
Commune: 'prayer' modifies save vs spell by -12 for 39 hours.
Commune: 'protection from evil' for 14 hours.
Commune: 'fly' for 6 hours.
Commune: 'sanctuary' for 5 hours.
Commune: 'healing sleep' for 2 hours.
Physical effect: 'famish' modifies strength by -7 for 1 hours.
