Physical effect: 'abrasive powder' modifies dexterity by -5 for 15 rounds.
Is the effect supposed to be in rounds instead of hours? It's awful cool to see the rounds but it's more OOC than "hours".

We recently updated the affect infrastructure to have the ability to use rounds or hours. As for it being more OOC, you'll just have to get over it.
