12393, Vanish/Corpseguard Weirdness

Killed someone yesterday, and once I picked through the corpse I vanished but did not move out of the room I vanished into. As someone lower was trying to loot the corpse, I was getting the echos that I was turning them away from the corpse even though I was in another room healing.
