Ring of regeneration only heals 40 - 50 hp when theres no protection on, used to be 100 hp. Is there a tweak?

I while I don't think I go back any farther....
I was thinking that it was a 100 hp heal, that being said, I haven't touched that ring since Hell first opened.
Just my 2 cents

Hasn't been 100 ever as far as I know, and I probably go back farther. :)

The ring has never been equal to etched/hummingbird when it comes to healing. Its a cure critical I think, not a "heal".
