In a particular chamber inside Veran, where you can't speak, the woman who can lead you to the Silent Tower will show up and bandage your wounds if you are hurt, as if you were inside the silent tower itself. I know the rooms in question are similar to ST because of the enchantment placed on them, but they should not attract that NPC, because she would have no interest in it (as far as I know).
