Can this be right for taking two edges to increase bash damage? If so the descriptions are damn misleading because I was thinking at least CAP damage for both. Immense power my arse, lol.

Gameplay issue, if anything. Not an especially expensive edge, and on a very commonly used skill, but the damage increase as designed is smaller than you're asking for.

As Hunsobo I had both of those edges and with max weight I would semi-frequently get caps damage (also had the bash legacy).

I believe I DISMEMBERED a svirf/gnome warrior with a bash, once. That was my highest damage.
