A 40+ invoker, parry is at 76% (1% - from 75 to 76 - gained on level). And of course I've been spamming for hours (I mean combat spells, thus being in combat and parrying heaps) with weapon I do know (dagger/mace) or with touches up. So how come I didnt improve at parry even once during all these hours?

Are the mobs you're spamming on about your level? Are you getting XP when you kill them?
