One of the snakes from Victoria's whip strikes at Vhloughvang!
Vhloughvang deflects Victoria's spell!
Vhloughvang's spellbane injures Victoria.
A roaring fountain of ghostly flame spews forth from Victoria's weapon.
Victoria's ghostly flame roasts Vhloughvang.
Vhloughvang delivers a blow of deadly force!
Vhloughvang's pierce MASSACRES Victoria!
Vhloughvang's pierce mauls Victoria.
the echo given from the whip would suggest it is a physical ability happening, not a spell. the whip itself is probably magical, but the snakes are animated and do not use magic, i think
