I've tried this with absolutely all my forms (at hero now) and I notice zero change in damage. Because it doesn't have a +dam effect, I can't tell if its meant to be only an unoticable change or if it's not working at all. Think you could check it for us, if you have time?

You are correct that it does not have a +dam affect, but it does work. I've changed the way hitroll/damroll work for shifter forms so you can see the difference.

11308, How about having it work better with second tier forms?

+3 dam looks a little shoddy and maybe if it had a lot more effectiveness on second tier offense forms there'd be more reason to use them (in those unique situations you'd want to)

It all depends on your form. +3 damage to a form that has 3-6 attacks a round is decent. +10 damage to a form that has just 1 attack is also decent. This is how it scales, and so far I'm happy with it.
