You failed to complete the quest 'Academy: Simon's Delivery Quest' by level 5.
Is that right? Since you received the experience, haven't you completed it before you level?

Some other quests need to be fixed, but here you haven't fully completed it, just a part. So you get the XP for the part, but the quest as a whole fails.
