Might just be bad RNG, but my aim learning seems to not have budged off the 71% mark since I learned it a good while ago. Light armor use is up 8% (with 23 int/24dex)over an equal number of solo ranking levels (and mob death recoveries)

Is there any echo for aim? I've never seen one fire for it while I've seen a few for armor use.

Looks like it's roughly the equivalent of learning parry. Working as intended.
