What are the restrictions on what can be handed to someone while they are blind?

I'm not sure you can hand anything to someone who's blind.

You can hand people the same things that you can see while blind. Potions come to mind with that.

Why IS it that you can randomly see potions while blind? Not only that, you can tell WHICH particular random potion is which (as I envision them as mostly just like stoppered glasses), but you can't tell the difference in your axe versus your spear while blind.

I know the answer to this one! It's more game balanced/fun to be able to see return potions etc.

It seems like sometimes I can hand potions over and sometimes I can't.
Any idea what the difference is, or was it a fluke the one time it worked?

Id guess it would have to do with who you are handing it to. If they have no give on for instance, or if they just did not realize it was handed to them.
