The largest revamp in quite some time is now complete - see help ranger, help expertise, and help hometerrain. Thanks to everyone who helped make this possible. We'll start a thread on Gameplay momentarily for any ranger-oriented discussions.

Edit: Please direct discussion to the new "Rangers" forum instead of Gameplay.

I noticed this as well - if you type the help files into the help search textbox it works fine. If you browse under the classes page to the Ranger class, however, the old class help file comes up.

Incidentally, if you liked rangers the way they were and still want to play a character like that, pick forest as your terrain and survivalist as your expertise. Ta-da, old ranger class.

Thus, you have a pile of new ranger options, but the old one is still available if you preferred it. Enjoy!

There is a role idea I have wanted to play for years, but druid didn't quite work for it class wise. One of your specializations in the revamp fits the role PERFECTLY. Thank you, I have never played this role because it wouldnt exactly work.
