#2733, "Art of Conjuration Contest -- March 4 Deadline"

Planar Wayfarers, have you uncovered some secret not known to many in the guild of Conjuration? Have your travels inspired you to develop a signature spell or technique that you execute with more panache than any in your guild?

Have you, for example, learned how to better anchor the smoke mephits you call by sprinkling the ground with ash from funeral pyres? What other effects does this have?

Be clear, concise, coherent, and certainly creative. Write to me through note or email (Reksah@carrionfields.com) by March 4. You do not need to have created your character at the time of this announcement, but you certainly do need to be able to use the spell you describe by the time you write to me.

Can we offer ideas even if we don't have a current conjurer? Where were you 3 months ago?

Nope!

More than thinking of it as a "suggest an edge" contest, it's better to think of it as something more like a role chapter that shows how your character really understands a specific skill/spell of his class and how he has progressed it in a way that is appropriate to his role.

While thinking of the description like it's an edge might be helpful, it's unlikely that any of these will be made real edges!
