I found that object online, but I've been unable to re-create it. I've tried Strengthen, Transmute, etc. with no luck. Also, no other unusual parchment items are on. I fixed the one copy, and I'll keep an eye for others- might be a memory glitch or other one-time deal.
Followup: Looking over the code, there might be some issues with objects that were not their 'normal' material (transmutation is the only common cause of this) before a recent change went in. If you spot any unusual items of this sort, send up a pray.
