The Alchemist's Laboratory 
  As you enter the west wing of the primary floor of the tower, you are struck
immediately by the amount of clutter.  A broad wooden table is here sporting
an elaborate alchemist's set, with all sorts of bubbling flasks and spiraling
glass tubes that brew strange, color-shifting draughts and potions.  Tall
shelves line the walls and are filled with glass flasks of every shape and
variety.  The floor here is stained with splashes and splotches from botched
experiments, and there is a large charred spot on the table.  You can exit
the tower's laboratory and return to the main foyer to the east.
