- Everyone gets pen, identify, and lore at lower levels than before.
- Armor use skills that came out late dropped in level a bit.
- Classes that got second attack or hand to hand late get them a few levels earlier.
- Devalue Life and Fearful Mind are improved and can be used in combat now. (Most revamp shaman tweaking to date I have not announced, but it occurred to me that someone might not think to try these out of combat again having discovered the limitation.)
