#303, "Spinebreaker"


          

A number of bugs about spinebreaker have been posted over the years.
This was mainly due to the fact that spinebreaker was trying to be BOTH the freeze of the broken spine AND a negative aff.

So I split the two.
Now there will be spinebreaker (you can't move)
And spinebroken (the debuff)

Both result from the use of the skill spinebreaker. So nothing will change with how the skill itself is used.

What does this mean in terms of changes though?
* Spinebreaker (can't move) will no longer plague people longer that it should, or after the initial break, etc. As a result that will feel a bit less painful.
* Spinebroken (the debuff) will be LONGER in duration.

So what does it mean to have your spine broken?
It is harder to be dexy with a broken spine.
It is harder to dodge with a broken spine.
Orcs can KEEP breaking your spine and it stacks.
High constitution helps you cope with it better.

Mamlauks in particular will have benefits with spinebreaker over the other orc adaptations. Yay for big strong spinebreaking arms.

All of this will hopefully result in less spinebreaker bugs. But for the spinebreakers and the spinebroken, please keep an eye out for me so I can fix it up if there are any issues.
