- New characters will start with Wimpy active at the default level.
- NPCs will distribute the targeting of some of their skills (e.g., Dirt Kicking, Trip, etc.) among anyone fighting them, with a preference for the person they are presently aiming at. These skills used to default exclusively to the person they were aiming at. All normal restrictions on skill targeting remain valid; for example, NPCs can not Throw an enemy they are not aiming at.
- Wand Attunement edge costs reduced somewhat.
- Panseasonal Champion edge added for seasonal races.
