Decades, eons and millennia can change the course of history when affected by
the endless persistent power of nature. Mountains become hills, planes the
desert, creeks to canyons and so many more changes. They present themselves
in beauty and in awe-inspiring majesty for those who take the time to
experience them.

People are very much the same in that regard, even the toughest gets worn
down. Their tough and sharp edges eroded by the time's persistent bombardment
of adventure and strife. Outhyen is much the same. Once a jagged limestone
but now a smoothed and deformed river-rock.

The exacting changes of a life, so far, well lived are marks of pride. It
helps display his courage for adventure and trying new things, even if they
have weathered his body considerably further than in his youth.
