Chapter 6

Gleazee have been wondering and thinking alot under his long hours of practice of supplications
and many ideas comes to him, but often do they seem to complicated for him at this state. How ever
will be pursue and dedicate himself to the idea of an civilizied Thera, and one idea to co mind.
Maybe when and if Gleazer took the throne, he would make plans for a united spire and empire, so
they can rule thera more accurate and with more force. The provost would not get a seat at the council
but he or she would be in close dialoque with the emperor and only a provost with a dark heart would
be allowed in that position. There would be to many conflicts with a lighthearted provost.

Under the emperor's rule, the spire would be allowed to expan, and further cities would be build
so more people can run to safety. A small city would be build on the earsten road so the village
could be watched closely. Arkham would be expaned aswell, and magistrates would roam the streets there
to keep the outlanders at bay. The spire would be ackowledged with centurions, and would be able to place
then at certain locations, pointed out by the emperor. Those new centurions would allow orderly therans
to enter without a fee, and hold back those of chaos nature.
This would submit those who endorse chaos, and perhaps it would break their spirit slowly.

The spire would be allowed more freedom, and gain favors of the empire. Those of the light are
still welcomed in the spire, but wont be provided with powers from the empire. they would still
be usefull as long they follow commands.

There would also be placed watchtowers in the bigger woods, such as the silverwood, the weald
and in the past, many trees and bushes would be burned down, and more trails created for
citizens to travel in safety. The guards would be armed with heawy armors, and they all
would have the ability to place centurions on the roads, if they feel the need to.
