Control Unholy Blessing has changed for Anti-Paladins. See the helpfiles FLAMES OF NINAUURM, ICY GRIP OF BAALDURU, ARCING TOUCH OF AKKABAL, BURNING ACID OF HEGLIAL-GIL, BLESSING OF SEDAYAMIN

When you reach the appropriate number of kills with an unholy weapon you will receive the associated spell at 75%. The number of kills required has also been tweaked.
