Subject: All-Hallows-Eve Costume Contest

Event - Costume Contest
Time - Today, 10/31/2021 at 3PM Server Time (4PM EST)
Place - The Inn of the Eternal Star

To celebrate this wonderfully important day, we must hold an equally wonderful
celebration. And so we have a Costume Contest.

I, in my infinite charity and benevolence, have decided to host this event.
Rarywey will be there as well, but that is unimportant.

The event details are as follows:
Entrants will come to the Inn of the Eternal Star and present themselves
in their costume for all to see. They will have a limited time to shine and
behave as necessary as to best convey the skill and meaning of their costume.

They might act out what they are dressed as, or even simply explain their
attire.

After each entrant has presented, the judging will commence.

There will be three winners.
1) The Best Costume Award
2) Morius' favorite costume
3) Rarywey's favorite costume
