Thick hide on on mammals allows the shapeshifter to deflect regular melee hits, as well as skills.

Scaly hide on the crocodile does not deflect any regular melee hits, but does occasionally deflect skills. This basically makes the crocodile a complete punching bag, and fairly useless as an actual defensive form--aside from its regenerative properties. But to use the form straight up does not feel like an option. Is this working as intended?
