My friend was telling me that if you get 10 pks in your teens, 20 pks in your 20s, etc, you get bonus edge points that you can miss out on. Is that true, or does level not matter?

True. I imagine it was put in to reward players that play at all levels.

Let me qualify that answer by saying that you get edge points for getting a certain number of pks in certain level ranges, lest someone think you need exactly 20 pks at level 20 or something, which is not true.

I get that you don't want to lay it out exactly, but how many PKs are we talking? Is it more like 5 or more like 15 for a given level range? Can you say what it averages out to? E.g. if I get 2 kills per level starting at 11 will I get all my edge points?
