Reason I bring this up is because earlier today I thought I had set up some echo's in zmud and forgot to do the #echo part so I had a series of triggers set up on accident(got me killed anyways but hear me out). Anyways I was wondering on thoughts on this it seems wrong to me completly just because I prefer landing my own kills (and deaths) but back to the issue at hand. I was wondering on thoughts as to automation of characters and if you all feel it's wrong like me.

Level(0) BOTS BOTTING
An excerpt from 'help rules':

"Using your client to play for you (botting), while ignoring everything else going on around you is not roleplaying, and you will be punished as such."

As an addendum to that rule, you are responsible for the actions of your characters. If someone or something sets off one of your triggers and makes you do something dumb, you will handle the consequences of your own actions.

There's also the practical consequence that the more triggers you have, the more often you send commands that you don't want or need at that moment. Given that all commands have lag associated with them, that can be bad.

- Aliases/macros are fine. The player controls these and they only simplify the interface.
- Triggers are discouraged. You're taking actions without human guidance. This can go wrong.
- Botting is illegal. We want to have an interactive game played by people, not machines.
