* Poor shield paladins. Previously their shieldblocking was not affected by a few things. Now it is. This includes new stuff + essence of temperance.
* Adjust goblin level 25 title.
* Shadowdrag & Truss - I found a clear intent to restrict the victim's ability to make themselves visible. So I knocked out some stuff that they were using. It should be easier to keep your victims hidden in shadowdrag-style now.
* Some items that are very particularly evil will now be PURE evil. This means you can't modify certain things about them, including their evil'ness.
