It's how it was explained to me x number of years ago when all this was going on. Way back when, it wasn't uncommon for imps to sit around BSing with players for hours on end. Morgath and Loki and I were talking about it not long after the source was distributed, and Loki asked Morgath "Did Matt or Barb get the copywrite rights?" and Jay launched into this long monologue about copywrite law and why the staff couldn't copywrite it. Loki and I spent most of the time speculating over whether or not Morgath had ever seen a real live vagina, and snickering a lot.

For what it's worth I'm glad you replied to this, instead of just burying it. It clears up a lot of misconceptions, and I think thats good for everyone. Kudos.
