3-part addendum to this question:

1. Does a character's luck stat vary over the course of his/her life due to "accidental" things he might do. (Kill a good mob as a goodie, receive imm-awarded xp, have really low/high morale, etc.)

2. Are there things a character can do *intentionally* (not involving a certain "fateful" item) to increase his/her luck stat?

3. Is it unheard of for an imm to dial *down* a character's luck stat due to poor RP *without* giving him an in-game indication that he screwed up?
