I'm pretty sure that I have seen water forms use this "feed" skill, and it fed groupmates too. Not sure if that is by design. But I could see why someone would question it about someone who is bonded, if groupmates are receiving this bonus.

It feeds groupmates. So I'd expect it to feed bondmates.
