RE: For this awesome idea... He is asking you to write a statue of any Emperor you want Immortalized in the Imperial Lands. Basically what you submit would need to be the description of a statue, not a character's description. The statue itself would likely be derived from the character description though. As I said, it is a wonderful idea. =)
