Can it be changed that total Sect donations includes only existing characters within the Sect?

I always thought that seemed kind of counter-productive. The Blade sect is how many millions of gold ahead of the other sects? That is never going to change, no matter how hard any individual (or even the entire sect) work to change it. It makes keeping track of how much each sect has donated (and the rewards that go along with that), kind of irrelevance since you're rewarding years upon years of history, rather than the current members within the cabal.

The minimum value a sects donations can have is already to amount donated by existing sect members. There is an upkeep cost for both the player and the sect. At some point we reduced the cost to the player which also affected the cost to the sect. I've moved the cost to the sect back up to where it was previously so it will erode the excess donations quicker.
