Zulgh can you look into fixing/finishing the quest in Akan that involves the crown and black diamond. It has just enough of it in there to confuse people for dozens of hours trying to figure it out. Valg confirmed it needed to be finished years ago but I guess he never got to it.

I've been good this year, so pretty please?

Someone on the staff has picked this up and is investigating how to update it so it can be completed. Once we figure out the story/quest I'll get it updated.

There is a quest infrastructure setup in The Dale area. Hidden descriptions, bizarre crap, and an Imm at one point confirmed there appeared to have been a quest in mind that never got finished.
