Give all races some wise recovery love. It's so very helpful as con goes down, and makes sticking characters out for the long haul more practicable. We all like long lived chars, right?

So, for the races that currently can't take wise recovery, make it available after whatever you decide is a significant enough chunk of
time. I was thinking maybe 200/250ish hours, but you get the point.

Surely even dumbasses can gain a little wisdom if they've been around for hundreds of years, right? Right?
