Is this a roleplay supplication only? It does not seem to increase healing, mana, or move refresh rates, and when I looked at the pbfs, none of the other paladins had it above 76.

Maybe it is bugged?

I seem to recall I found everything useful. Suggesting that either I felt it boosted then above what is normally get, or that I could get sleep like regen while being in a resting state so less vulnerable.

Plus a check on 3 random hope Paladins (search for remission on premium battlefield) threw up two who had more than 76 percent in this.

You regen about the same as you do for sleeping and you pull your whole group into it. It was okay when I had it, I usually preferred to sleep though because it didn't cost mana.

That would be of some use.
Does it go through things like bleeding and allow you to still regen, or do you have to be otherwise able to regen for it to work.
And does it have a set duration (like a healing sleep), or can you get up and move whenever you want.
Cause if it does any of these things, I can see some decent use for it.
