1.) Why is Demielemental Transcendence so damned expensive. It has to be one of the most expensive edges in the game, if not the most. It's a pretty good edge, I suppose, but far from a game changer. I've had it before and can say it really isn't all that impressive. With edge points as hard to come by as they are, now, I think this edge needs to be looked at and reduced a bit. Hell, fast deshield is far more of a game changer that Demi.

2.) Was Persistant Earthrain removed from the game, or am I just missing something? If so, can it please be removed from the wiki.

Thank you.

No idea on #1 aside from it being expensive.

#2 it appears to be in the game for me. The difference is that it is 'persistent' instead of 'persistant' in terms of seeing the helpfile, as shown below:

'PERSISTENT EARTHRAIN'
An invoker of strong earth magic who chooses this edge has carefully honed
their reflexes and unconscious mind to be able to maintain a rain of stone
even when they are knocked out. The success of this endeavor is by no means
guaranteed, and is unlikely to last for long under any circumstances.

I'll see if I missed something on earthrain. It's possible that I need more affinity in earth or something.

However, it would be really cool if you guys at least considered reducing the cost on Demielemental. It's just too expensive for what it is, and the current edge situation. Thanks again.

Given it does a bunch of stuff, it hypothetically increases it by making you die less.

I'm totally not reaching.

Dying more often does not affect your character's lifespan unless you con-die or delete in frustration.

I took this edge with Celenai just on the slight chance that it might have done that.
