I was just wondering. Items that make you older, do they shorten your playing time, or do they make you just older ? In other words, is the the amount of hours you play important for age dying, or your age ?

Age is important, not hours.

With Gorach I was 1178 years old and played 620 hours. Which one of those two triggered 'age death' (she did age die, but I didn't wait the full hour.. anyways). So, I became 1178 years old and died, or I played 620 hours and died ?
Now, if I wore, say blademaster's gloves (which make you 10 years older) at the age of 1177, would I have died, or not ?
Sorry if it wasn't clear, just got up.
