Is anyone else annoyed by the Kelly Bundy/Valspeak character running around in game?

Curious why that character hasn't been denied yet. They're clearly not so new that they don't know better.

How is this different from Pirate/Scottish accent dwarves?

Or do they make actual out of character comments? Did they Bel-Air you?

A wood-elf named a "Valley Elf" that talks in valley-speak is kinda immersion breaking. Is it any different than making a duergar named Danny Devito and asking people if he looks amused?

I'm just asking where the line is . It doesn't really bother me that much - assuming someone actually clarifies what is cool and what isn't, I actually posted this as a reaction to someone else pointing them out. It's sorta inline with a bard named 'Mike' and all the other asshattery RP trolling that goes on - what surprised me about this char was getting titled for it.

And for the record, I seriously considered writing a role which would be an elaborate excuse to drop Arnold Schwarzenegger quotes.

If everyone takes CF RP ultra seriously all the time... That's when things get lame.

But hey, I'm a team player...looks like I'm in the minority here so I'll drop it.

If it is the character that got a special OOC title for it I don't think it bothers Imms. Although OOC stuff like that is annoying as #### in an immersive game like CF.

But then I played Fupplin.

Like...totally, don't you, like, think so? I laughed the first time I spoke with this person but I'm surprised they made it into hero range with that.
