As I've been paying very close attention to the limited items, and those going overmax due to my recent change to take the average of the past 7 days, you'll all be happy to know I found a bug that's been around for about 18 months that's been contributing to the problem.
Any item that was requested and was reloaded during the same reboot as illusionary was still being counted against the limit. This is now fixed. So long, and thanks for all the fish!

This one had to do with orcs and demandtribute causing problems. I think that's the last of the one-off odd things I've seen with limited items in the past 2 weeks. Enjoy! So long, and thanks for all the fish!
